A petroleira Enauta anunciou ao mercado nesta segunda-feira (30) que ainda estuda uma saída para o campo de Atlanta, na Bacia de Santos.
Nesse momento, a companhia está em tratativas com sua parceira no empreendimento, a Barra Energia, para tentar encontrar uma solução comercial para ambas.
Conforme noticiamos, no início de novembro, a Barra Energia decidiu sair do projeto. A Enauta, por sua vez, declarou que iria anunciar até o dia 28 de novembro se assumiria a participação da sua parceira no ativo ou se abandonaria o campo também.
Contudo, a Enauta declarou hoje que ainda não decidiu entre o abandono do campo ou a assunção da participação da Barra Energia em Atlanta. “Tão logo haja qualquer definição em relação ao assunto, o mercado será informado”, escreveu a Enauta, em fato relevante publicado em seu site.
Recentemente, a produção no campo foi paralisada devido a um problema em equipamentos do FPSO Petrojarl I. Foram encontradas corrosões em aquecedores de óleo, que poderiam ter seu funcionamento comprometido em função dessa situação. Por isso, a petroleira resolveu interromper preventivamente as atividades do campo.
